How do I get started or find out more?

If you are interested in finding out more about the feasibility of filing for debt relief under the Bankruptcy Code, you may call our office and request an appointment for an initial conference.  This Initial Conference usually takes between an hour and an hour-and-a-half. You will be expected to bring certain information so that we can do a thorough job of advising you.  Please read the FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) before your Initial Conference.

Appointments are available at the main office in Lewiston, the branch office in Grangeville, and (if absolutely necessary) at the Federal Building in Moscow. All scheduling is handled through the Lewiston home office.

If you want to get the answers to just a question or two before committing the hour or the money for our Initial Conference, Ken will be happy to speak with you a few minutes on the phone. It probably won’t be possible to give you much in the way of real legal advice without first knowing about your property, debts, income, and cost of living (that’s why we do the Initial Conference) but Ken will try. If Ken is unavailable at that time, leave a message and he will get back to you.
